Beating the Year End with Speedy Expertise

A borrower wanted to close a loan before year end on a property in Northern Utah near Bear Lake, a popular recreation destination.  They were set to go with another lender but they said they would not close before year end.  Actium swung into action, driving — in a snow storm on a Saturday — to inspect the property.
